1. Digital Products (Music Downloads, Audio Packs, etc.)
All digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or delivered.
Due to the nature of digital files, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on:

Instrumentals, stems, or sample packs

Any other instant digital downloads

3. Live Performances & Bookings
Refunds for ticketed shows or private bookings are subject to the event organizer’s or promoter’s policies. If you booked Kyle Korda for a private event and need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly to review terms outlined in your agreement.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
